Fixed Price Contract Build

Willow Spring Construction uses a Fixed Price tendering process for many clients to provide a traditional means to building projects. The owner engages the services of Architectural and Engineering Consultants to prepare a set of working drawings and specifications. Willow Spring Construction will then send out an invitation to pre-qualified sub trades to bid on your project. All sub trades are screened in advance to ensure the tender process is complete. A lump sum proposal is then provided, and once approved will receive the highest level of service and quality.
